Virtually every company listed on the OTCQX has either deregistered or filed a 15-12g to go dark (stop reporting to the SEC). The only transparency is what the company's choose to tell you and then you just have to take their word for it.

that's the thing they have in common.

that's why they were mentioned - so people can see that it's not only junk companies on the QX - but that actual, huge companies use their listing service, because it's good enough and far cheaper.

but i have a feeling that i'm speaking to another person who just wants to look at everything through negative glasses
. and yes, there are plenty of people here who see everything too positively. either extreme annoys me, as they both seem disingenuous.
