Adrain:

Good point.

What happens when we get up to 8 lawsuits ?

Do we multiply the proceeds times 0.7x0.7x0.7x0.7x0.7x0.7x0.7x0.7

Hey, you've right.. that's a pretty small number left for us
suffering shareholders.

Adrian, Bull----. S3 management has taken the money, and this legal alternative is a way to reclaim some of those losses. I urge all shareholders, past and present, who fall in the various class action periods, to vigorously pursue the class action, by contacting the lead attorneys ASAP. It is in your best interest.

And another thing Adrian, ever hear of "Directors' Insurance"? If not, do some DD.

Good Litigating! LF

Well what happens next is that the Federal Judge assigned to the
S3 case will consolidate all the suits into a single suit.

The lawyers will have to bid (down) their fees.

The more lawyers (or vultures) the lower the overall
fee percentage. We could see something as low as 20 %.

The judge will pick the firm as well on personal favortism.
Any firm that pissed him off before is automatically out of the
running.

The fact that we have now two firms means that they
really think they can press out a fast settlement
from the Company .. essentially because S3 is
admitting the problem... to forestall potentially
deeper crimminal action.

The real problem for S3 is that insiders sold stock while this
accounting mess was going on... so they profited
by the "errors."

Does anyone have the up to date insider sales ?

Someone said before that Gary Johnson sold out in
February at 17.

What is the actual record ?

I am not rejoicing at all. I am just as pissed off at S3 as the next guy. I all I can do now is sell and take the loss because of S3's BS management or ride this mess out and hold for a year or so. I will just wait I guess.... I may get some money with the suit but if S3 loses then my stock price will go down more. Only the lawyers win You are right with that one.
