I may be wrong but I believe that once a shareholder joins the forces of a class action suit then he gives up all other potential claims against the company. As a wronged individual shareholder not joining forcesof a class action suit I believe that he may make individual claims for recovery. In this case, however, all expenses would be incurred by the individual plaintif and he runs the chance of no settlement at all.

P.S. I apologize for the NERD thing. It was the ORANGE SUITS that got my funny bone. After reading more of your posts I understand a little better where you are coming from.
