Any one have more information about IOM reaction to SparQ and ORB?
Both selling for $199 internal and external
Both cartridge 1gig/2gig is selling for $30!!!

IOM still dominates the market but without any comparable priced item, it won't last forever. I hope IOM remembers how Microsoft used Excel to replace 123!

Thanks
aC

RE: Buckingham's lowered estimates.

It sounds pretty flaky to me, too. They had just increased estimates about a week earlier:

BUCKINGHAM RES increased estimate for fiscal year ending 12/98 from $1.10 to $1.22 on 10/27/97

BUCKINGHAM RES decreased estimate for fiscal year ending 12/98 from $1.22 to $1.01 on 11/05/97

[Big announcement]

Can anybody come up with a reasonable explanation for this silly
"big anouncement" PR on www.iomega.com other than helping to boost
the share price for KE's selling. I find this quite disturbing.

Most likely it is just the 10 mio. zip announcement anyway.
