It has been reported both Geithner and Summers do not suppport Warren. This is the showdown between Obama and the liberals.

We want Warren because she is the most honest and qualified person available to protect all of us from credit card exploitation, bank exploitation and mortgage exploitation and keep control over GS and the big banks and Wall street.

Most of the regulatory ideas are hers and she has fought against the Wall street criminals for years. And she is considered one of the top 50 lawyers in the country.

Obama can just appoint her if he wants and he better do it. He will need to make a recess appointment because most of the Republicans hate Warren and will vote against her along with a few blue dog dems like Nelson and Conrad.

The Republican's hate Warren because they are in bed with Wall street and large corporations and the rich, which friggen amazes me.

I am amazed the average Joe (and tea party dudes) are helping Wall street screw them over.

Just blows my mind. Doesn't anyone read today?

Great book on the paradox called 'what is wrong with Kansas"?

Why do the poor and middle class vote against their own best interests e.g. when the southern union folks started voting for the Republican's (after 64 civil rights act) who then starting with Raygun they dismantled their unions???

Almost every car company in the south is non union and gets huge tax breaks.

Mississippi comes in last for high school graduates. they might want to tax themselves more and educate their kids.
