What a depressing thread. It ain't that bad.
Gentlemen, look at the Oct. 10-Q. The management has done one thing
right. They have achieved a scale of flexibility, that appears to me
that there should not be any talk about a $.75/ share buy-out, or
bankruptcy.
1/ The inventory level has been worked down and turned into cash.
2/ The total capital lease loans, and long term liabilities has
been tapered almost 30% to under $10 mil.
3/ There is $13.6 mil cash on hand plus over $4 mil receivables.
4/ Current liabilities are around $6 mil, outside of cap leases.
5/ G&A&S expenses are tapered off considerably.
6/ G.P. actually expanded in spite of flat sales.
The co. looks like it can go on a long time before it resorts to
Chapter 11, or "fire sale".
