Peter,

That was a good posting. One comment on following:

<< Over a longer period of time, major fundamental valuation issues will make
mincemeat of technical support/resistence theory. It's only important in the short
term! >>

With companies that deal in commodity products, the fundamentals are sometimes fluid.... and at times the pricing of stocks tend to follow forward looking fundamentals rather than drastic price changes.

This results in eventual alignment of the fundamentals with the price.

Therefore no mincemeat of t/a.

Good Luck Trading

Peter:

Thanks for the explanation.

I think maybe i'll cover my short position at 25 1/8, then sit back and wait for it to go back up.

This stuff is starting to make sense.

good luck
