I am against the death tax since normally it seems to be used against the upper middle class. I doubt the top 400 have been impacted by it ever.

The very rich are not impacted by the estate taxes? I can't see how this can be possible, they must have been paying. But - I do not have any specific facts on that... would be curious to know.

As far as the rich go, the numbers show that the top 1% pay over 40% of income taxes. That's nice. Would not be wise to bring those folks to ruin, or to run them off....
