I think you are thinking about people 20-50, in that age group maybe fat people cost more, but isn't like 80-90% of your medical bills accrued in your last 10-15 years of your life and since people who exercise live longer does that 10-15 really mean the last 15-30 years ?

I have exercised,worked out and own a couple of construction companies(where I also did the work at times) my whole life.

Now I need both knees replaced, both ankles, both wrists, one shoulder, one elbow and thank god my back only kills me about every other week, lately my neck has started to hurt. I hope they have a replacement for that.
