lorne - Muslims are less than 3% of the population in the US and are a non factor in terms of political power. There is only one Muslim in Congress.

It was painful to see how the media and Americans danced around Barrack Hussein Obama's name when he first announced that he was considering running and talked about going to a Muslim school in Indonesia.

We had the killer, dictator Saddam Hussein of Iraq. And, we had the terrorist Bin Ladin.

With true American politeness, the media mispronounced his name---------numerous times. The masses said "oh isn't that interesting-------ah but this Hussein can't be like Saddam Hussein--------."

In politics, name recognition is half of the game. Usually it is favorable associations that are used.

In the case of Obama's campaign------it was negative name recognition that was turned into name recognition for Obama.

Saddam Hussein contibuted to Barrack Hussein Obama's name recognition-------it consolidated the socialist Democrat vote.

Just envision this name recognition being discussed in the smoke filled rooms of Obama's campaign and the DNC prior o 2006-----with the question being---"how can we use his name psychologically to get him elected"?
