The U.S. keeps 28,500 troops in South Korea and another 50,000 in Japan...

That is ridiculous.

1,000-2,000 US troops with 10 ICBMs, located off-site and properly aimed, with periodic public announcements that their location has been changed again but not the targets, would accomplish the same thing imo. An added plus would be increased dwell time for our war fighters.
