marcos: Charters told his unfortunate dupes (subscribers) that there was an orebody at Bre-X. Look it up, its on his website. He neglected to mention to his subscribers that he didn't have a clue about what he was talking about. Now he tells us that IPM is a scam? He still doesn't have a clue. Sooner or later maybe he will get something right. Maybe. Nah, I doubt it.
