bjc: You are correct. All it is is an ammendment to the S-1 that was filed which includes the registration of the warrants.

Just browsed the PRODIGY Money Talk BB for the first time in about 2 years, maybe more. Would you believe ----- JOESEPH SCHMIDT IS STILL THERE POSTING THE NEWS ON FTEL!!! I left a note for him to please for God's sake come visit us on the SI board! Joe is the guy who FOUND Franklin. He researched it from head to toe and presented it - lo these many, many moons ago - on the Prodigy board, at the elevated price of a few cents. I would say JUST ABOUT ALL the old timers here, and CERTAINLY all the heavies, Vic, Raleigh - you name it - were introduced to this stock by Joe. INCREDIBLE!!! Joe Schmidt & good ol' *P MTBB are still there, an' still clickin'.
