You can make money too by shorting Mexifornia's state bonds. They are deep in debt, beyond any hope of repayment, and the smart people have all evacuated. The place is essentially Mexico now. You know what happens next.

I would bet the farm that they will ultimately default, barring any illegal and unethical intervening "emergency" tactics from the federal government.

Yes, this will end very, very badly.
