Yes, I'm now long at 1087.10 and I have no stop, I never use them with my model... once a confirmation is issued, I hold that position even if the market drops below that price, it makes no difference... a buy confirmation verifies that the trend has turned upward, so I plan to remain long for the duration of the signal and until I get a new sell signal... yes, the model is an excellent one, nothing is perfect, but it's close enough for me to make money over time... it only requires following the rules and staying with it no matter what the market does during the day... Thanks, I'm glad this thread is helpful... I don't know the ratio between the large SP futures contract and the number of SPY shares, that's a great question...<g> GZ
