Chancels, The well has been capped for about a week. They are having trouble finding oil to skim. Now - - if Matts major blowout well was still blowing out there would be plenty of oil to skim. C'mon - look at the basic facts and make a clear decision. Whatever evil intents one may attribute to BP - to believe Simmons is to believe the "boot on the throat" administration is giving BP a pass. C'mon - consider the massive deceit and the number of deceivers that would be necessary for Simmons to be right. My intense dislike of Obama is well known - but not even he would be part of this. Bob
