James,
Don't feel bad I bought a bunch at 19 Nov 1996 and I never saw that price again. I read the earnings reports and the news of the patient they acquired thinking this stock had some upside. I would have sold a long time ago and invested in some other stock had I known the real earnings. This is time lost keeping your money in S3 because of false earnings. Even taking a loss last April and say buying microsoft or intel I would have made back my loss plus some.

Carolyn
