Clinton era rates worked fine. The economy boomed.

That's because Clinton had a GOP Congress which at least, back then, showed a little fiscal restraint. He was also lucky enough to ride the IT and stock market boom in the 90's as well. If Jo Mama had been pres back then, the results would have been the same..

The economy grew back when the top tax rate was 90% too. Obviously this means we need to go back to those rates.
