Turek, respectfully moves this Court for an Order setting a settlement conference. As grounds therefore the parties state: 1. The Commission filed this action on September 30, 2008. [Dkt. #1.] 2. Default has been entered against all defendants except Defendant James N. Turek. [Dkt. #34] Mr. Turek is pro se in this matter. 3.
