Hi-
A friend of mine who has been in programming for years and who is
the opposite of an alarmist and who doesn't say anything until it is
totally thought out said that the year 2000 is going to be a total
but total disaster..she said that some of the bugs are going to go
uncorrected...too many lines of code..errors will happen..
.the only companies that will be safe are those with completely new systems up and running by the year two thousand..wonder if the US
government has time to get totally new systems up and running with
all their redtapes..also wonder if the emerging countries have all
new systems already..wonder if it is a global problem or just a
problem for the "developed nations"..wonder if this won't blow gold
to 2000...
sounds like this could be the real straw in the wind to bring back
hard assets..what comes around goes around?
