It is why businesses are leaving California at an alarming rate. ... Four of the states that you listed are ranked in the top 10 for highest population growth rates. And the others have a growth rate below California's pop growth rate. I bet that you believe that John Kerry docks his boat in RI for maintenance and not to avoid taxes. I didn't know that John Kerry HAD a boat 'til I wandered onto to this thread a few days ago. The trivia that gets you guys sputtering righteous indignation is just so boring. A boat?
