very true.

i'm bad with timing - i thought bush would be a one term president b/c the credit bubble would have popped by then.

i actually have mixed feelings about the charade.

in one sense, i like it b/c we can all pretend things are normal and i have more time to prepare.

in another sense, i know they are just making the eventual calamity even worse.

at this point, though, i think i personally value preparation time more.
