welcome is a trading vehicle (it looks like) for Multiple Opp Fund and Channing Buckland. The agents for Welcome's placement in 1995 were Cannacord. Directors Stuart Angus, Irene Wilson, Ian MacNee and Jeffrey Wilson. Welcome also held at one time AQP shrs.

Yes Michael thankyou! Now I recall getting those E-mails from the
insider on Welcome after COB's success. I have to look at this as
a strong endorsement of SXG's efforts to date.

Michael,

I know this response is kind of late, but you must check this out. I don't own shares in WLO but I might buy some. Here's the story I just uncovered. This company is basically an investment type of stock. There are only 4.2 million shares outstanding and Kinross Gold owns 42%. They have $3.3 million in bank AND appox. $10.5 million in marketable equities (as of Sept 30). They have taken cheap pp in Carlin, Samex, Columbia Gold, CROSS LAKE, and Telelink (which has over $10 million in cash trading at $0.50). The stock trades at approx $2.00. Get the picture! Finally, they have just brought on some strong people (i.e. Buckland from Canaccord). The buckland family owns a lot of shares!

Short term: If Cross Lake comes out with good results and moves to $6.00 again, then expect WLO to AT LEAST double to $4.00.
