My God! Just when you thought you had seen everything, the Massachusetts legislature has defiantly passed a law to circumvent the U.S. Constitution and disregard the Electoral College! They are not alone either! Other blue states such as Illinois, New Jersey, Hawaii, Maryland, and Washington apparently have similar measures. boston.com This is outrageous! Lately, whenever politicians do not like an existing law or article of the Constitution, such as the federal immigration laws, and now the Electoral College (12th Amendment), they simply circumvent the laws/articles using under-handed, conniving legal maneuvers! Recall how the evil democrats in the House and Senate threatened to "deem the health care bill passed" without a vote before they rammed it down America's gullet? How is this nonsense even possible? What kind of a fouled up country do we live in where politicians can take any damned action they want, like lawless renegades, the existing laws be damned!?!?!? If they dislike the Electoral College, they can go through the legitimate process of amending the constitution where all states will have a vote on the matter! Massachusetts and other Liberal states have essentially decided that they will alter the Electoral College process and determine the POTUS, conceivably negating the votes of their state's own voters in some cases! Liberals are WAY out of hand! This will all end very, very badly someday.
