My battery won't work in my cell phone if I leave it in the car. Should I get a class action suit from Samsung, Sanyo, Palm, or LG? I don't think so, common sense tells me not to leave my cell phone in the car again. These lawsuits are the act of professional shills, not concerned customers. You see all this kind of crap when everyone is getting very agitated about dispruptive influence of a company that is executing above the industry standards. Everyone else wants to slow down the success so they can play catchup. It will do them no good, they couldn't engineer their way out of a paper bag.
