I doubt that those lawsuits will ever see the courtroom. They are just stupid ideas being thrown around by lobbyists from all of the groups with whom Apple is competing - Google, Android, CDMA, GSM cabal, CDMA group, PC makers, MSFT. Come to think of it, Apple is the number 1 target for almost every tech company on the face of the planet. They are in a strange position where they probably enjoy the highest consumer ratings, but enjoy the most amount of resentment from the competition. I'm surprised we don't have more paid spammers attacking the thread, to be perfectly honest. Maybe the competition sees the light at the end of the tunnel for Android phones and smartbooks.
