It fits perfectly with the reasons why many prominent scientists believe that 9/11 was an inside job, planned and carried out by the U.S. government, as directed by their puppet masters. They want war. They want the U.S weakened and less confident. The want the sides more evenly balanced so the war can go on and on and on. War is profitable for them. Political struggles are profitable for them. Racial antagonism, caused by forced, unnatural diversity, is profitable for them. Human suffering and misery are profitable for them. It is terrifying to know what they are capable of.
