All the infrastructure and services that have made the US great have taken generation after generation of grateful citizens to build. You want to tear it apart in a fit of cheapskate, tea party pique. You want 3rd world taxes and services.

You have progressive blinders on. What got the US to a place of greatness was the focus on the individual and personal responsibility. Not the nanny state and entitlement programs.

The issue is truly about economic responsibility. The same economic logic that applies to individuals also applies to governments. If you can't pay for something, most of the time you shouldn't buy it. And yet our government is spending like drunken sailors. And most of the spending is being pissed away with no benefit.

And historically, government programs fail. Looking to the government to provide solutions that the free market is perfectly able to provide, ends up with a less than optimal solution.

Clearly you are projecting your own lack of self confidence. You are the one who wants the nanny state to take care of your needs. I neither ask for nor want assistance from the state.

I love America. And I will fight the people who want to destroy it.
