Zeev,
Sorry to see you sold your shares hope you can get back in. I agree that the .21cents/barrel is fair I am always impressed that when the BS settles that the market knows. My point is that if QDOG's scenario as well as the scenario of several of the other industry experts on this thread have eloquently pointed out prevails and the AIPN gang has to hoe the road to proven reserves before the JV will bite then my question is what will get the Majors to bite before the party starts? The presumption on my part is that AIPN does not want to go the distance unless the market demands it. So the Lebanese fisherman is baiting the hook ever so enticingly to attract the big sharks. I am just speculating what other tricks he has to bring this clambake to an early conclusion and maximize our share value sooner.... because that is what he wants as well.

1.cash flow to finance the drilling ie;refinery or refineries?
2.Wavetech increase in probable barrels
3.financing to start drilling program in 1998
4.favorable royalty deals with kasak partners and insider government cronies
5.Saddam shooting himself in the foot
6.AIPN hiring QDOG
7.AIPN firing Millenium

Anyway I am sure that the AIPN gang has some more to add to my list but I never think of everything or I would not have owned this stock since 1/94.

DrRisk very long in the teeth but still hungry!!!!
