Yeah and the Constitution is a farce. The US is involved in three wars, Iraq, and Afgan/Pak. Altho, the Constitution says Congress shall have the power to declare war, no war has been declared!!! Also, taxes are questionable constitutionally. The Homeland Security acts extinguished most rights to privacy. What a farce, the Constitution today has no effect. Ayn Rand should have known that's what happens when "people" create a piece of paper.
