china doesn't have a choice. And if their other plans to bring 350M people out of an agrarian existence are to be successful, their caps will be lip service. They can't do it without coal.

but more power to them. More solar, more wind, more nukes, whatever works. The one thing that I have confidence in with the Chinese is that they are looking at practical solutions. Something that our government might think about some time.
