For all tax cuts actual numbers for costs of tax cuts is $0.

(Technically there is a cost from administering the tax changes, but its normally far smaller than the decrease in dead weight loss of taxation, as the result of the lower rates, really the cost should be negative, but $0 is acceptable in this context.)
