Yep, you are right.

Actually... a guy won the Nobel Prize in Economics a couple of years back for proving that markets ARE NOT 100% efficient at all times.

Seems the theory that claimed that markets were "100% efficient" had one very important qualifier to it --- it predicted that markets would be "100 efficient" ONLY IF all participants in the markets had EXACTLY THE SAME ACCESS TO INFORMATION as everyone else did. Which, of course, (as simple commonsense can tell you) they all don't, and they never have. <GGG>
