you mean they can only turn UP on a dime, right?

if it turns DOWN a dime, that would make the negative folks right.

btw, i don't know when, but that near $20 trillion in debt is the white elephant in the middle of the room that everyone pretends isn't there.

it will eventually haunt us. when? i'm not sure, but when it leaps from the shadows of the center of the room, it isn't going away any time soon or without some severe societal stress.
