And you know this how? Because I talk to people in the energy business on a daily basis. And a very large part of the focus is on coal and the policies associated with it. this is me in a coal mine Here's another mine: (I also have a wind farm as a customer, natural gas power plants, smart grid, oil drilling and exploration companies...and of course, a variety of mining operations) And China being the largest producer and user of coal, tends to be at the top of my call list.
