One of three scenarios is likely: He stole someone else's login, he joined when he was three years old, or he has an arrested emotional development. Actually, I suspect you are correct and that Sarman is a child. It is likely he is paid by Hezbolla or one of the other terrorist organizations to post anti American rhetoric. In the Arab occupied portions of Israel such a gig might be considered highly paid.
