Bonnie, I think that if your term Tech's means semi, than you might be quite correct, I think there is a lot of over capacity in chips making and the semi will catch a cold (the semicaps in this case will catch pneumonia). But there are pockets within the high tech which are becoming fairly valued in view of their current groth prospects, some of the networking and communication infrastructure equipment would be such examples. I do not think that just before a ratcheting down in the markets ( which as you know I expect) they should be bought, but if in the next massacre stocks like CSCO, SPCT and few others get clipped hard enough, I might buy, if for nothing else than a DCB.
