FVE...they got pushed on their earnings call to buy back stock once they get rid of their highest interest rate debt:

re FVE - the SKH disaster (even though i did not own stock at the time) makes we think twice about investing anything in this or a similar sector. there certainly is a risk of a sudden wipeout with any of those stocks in this sector.

you might want to take a look at ACC student
housing, not cheap now but on dips seems ok.
