Sure you are, that's why you keep claiming people who don't want a complete cradle to grave nanny state really want to live in a "Haiti". If you keep using that metaphor, you have to live with it. That's your strawman... not my argument. so they founded a DOE (1977) and the very first year the annual budget of the DOE exceeded the annual profits of the US entire oil sector. You do know the majority of the DOE budget goes to nuclear weapons and waste disposal right?
