The Catholic church was not particularly horrified at the German attacks on Jews back in the 1930s either. <South African Archbishop Emeritus Desmond Tutu endorsed on Wednesday the Olympia Food Co-op's decision to boycott Israeli products, issuing a statement detailing his reasons, calling the Co-op's move "courageous" and encouraging other businesses and shoppers to follow suit. >

But why stop at a boycott? He will no doubt go on to a good old-fashioned kristallnacht when he gets sick of lack of action. Then, warming to the task.... same old story ... a good old-fashioned pogrom.

He thinks it "courageous" to boycott Jews. That's not courage.
