If she loses, hooray for the 1st amendment. I doubt she wins. Since all he did was post video of her, all she really can argue is that it was edited, out of context and placed her in a false light. I've heard, however, that it wasn't Breitbart who did the editing. All he did was run with what he had, which, as you note, is something the progressives (read Alynskites) do all the time. I think she comes out of this with her reputation even more tarnished.
