When Gore cast the tie-breaking vote to pass Clinton's tax package the GOP was not *unanimous* in predicting DOOM and GLOOM and MASSIVELY HIGHER DEFICITS????????????????????

You know this country used to ONLY issue bonds for declared wars and everything was fiscally OK. Then they started issuing bonds all the time. No National Emergency. Just some special group wanting a free handout. It should be unconstitutional to issue bonds if there is no declared war.
