DOW, i think housing ownership will be called the American Nightmare by those who couldn't control their finances.

i can literally see more than 50% of people with mortgages walking away before this is over - maybe more.

then again, that's after the depression sinks its teeth in deep and starts grinding.

Along with Many Many baby boomers selling both their main house and vaction home and moving to retirerment communities.
