Scott: ASND Problems: I think in your etc. we can add the following: 6. Starting to lose key accounts to competition. 7. CEO starts to sell his shares with comments like needing to diversify his portfolio (you don't do that when you expect the price to appreciate). I can't figure COMS either. I thought they've been making the right moves on 56k modems. Tim
