I am a little worried about AL, Riley have you seen him outside your window lately? When does that guy ever sleep?

I am 5-3 on Bowl picks since the 30th. But the only one I really had money on, came in BIG today on Texas A&M. Remaining today, I have Washington State +7 vs. Michigan (currently covering), FSU -6 1/2 vs. Ohio State (later today), Auburn -6 1/2 Clemson (tomarrow), and Tenn. +13 1/2 vs. Nebraska (tomarrow). The only one I really have cash on is Tenn. with the points. So, if Payton is on, I will have two cash wins this Bowl Season and one loss (freaking Notre Dame) or I wash on the A&M win should Tenn. not cover and take a small loss on Notre Dame. What's that all mean? I will either be up $400 or down $100; no big deal either way. The real deal a great recovery in 1997 on the gambling debt; dropped it over 50% to an amount I may someday actually be able to pay. This is of course negated by me just figuring my stock action on Quicken for 1997. End result, definately picked the wrong time to stop drinking. Also, Karma seems to dictate that my gains here will be wiped out by losses there and the mtn man will never get ahead of the game. It all hinges on how the capital losses work out for 1997, the gains tax got better but I doubt the inverse is true. 1998 will be a new and improved game plan on all tiers. Investing stratagy will change, sports picks will diminish, and lack of intoxicants will prevail. Stand back, mtn will retire in 2000 at 35 or at least quit working for the man by then. TTFN.
