I actually heard a caller into a local radio station, a black man, say reparations are required for the black man because they were removed from their environment many generations ago against their will. That they now, as then, were intended to be Africans in Africa and that's why they are more prone to be lazy, angry, unhappy, abuse drugs, and turn to crime. He said they were not cut out for life in this culture. I really couldn't believe my ears at the time I heard it, but this summary of yours reminded of that caller. There are blacks that believe it too and really, isn't this truly the core of the black victimization mentality?
