Why did the dems force the bill to be passed with a 2/3 majority?

Dems didn't want it passed, they hate the military and all of our law enforcement and our other heroes.

Dems knew it would pass on a simple majority vote, requiring the 2/3 vote was the only way they could kill it.

I think they want an economic crisis that will be used as a reason to force mammoth tax increases on America.
