Your comments read like "Don't worry about her, check out what some random bomb did". Just for the record, are you in favour of what was done to her? [Assuming it isn't a photo-shop picture which I haven't investigated but seems unlikely to be given the extra story about her going somewhere for reconstructive surgery and what have you]. Perhaps it surprises you that some people do have a general feeling of empathy for people, and also other sentient beings, wherever they might be and whatever their family back ground. The reason the random drone droppings which get innocents are not as newsworthy is because war is as old as the hills and collateral damage is normally part of that barbaric process. To actually take a young woman prisoner, then slice her up, is hideous. There is considerable difference between random bombings in an attempt to get enemies, and torture, mutilation, sadism and vicious cruelty to an innocent captive woman. In manhood, it is considered generally very cowardly to attack children and attacks on innocent women are also cowardly. Having taken one prisoner and then to inflict such barbarity is simply beyond the pale and worthy of showing on Time to show the depravity of Islamic mania. If the USA military did that to the Islamic Jihad prisoners in Guantanamo, people would go hysterical. There would be plenty of whining if a Koran was stomped on in front of them and no harm done.
