The government uses sales terms to market programs...like the stimulus plan that grouped so much more into it. Infrastructure sector will lay off many soon. Too much money was diverted away from that sector.

With the higher health insurance costs, we are all investing in equipment to reduce labor. The payback is worth it. That is the direction we must take.

Their "plan" is a failure.
