Licenses are important but not everything I think you will see as more players enter this market it will take more that just owning the licences and slapping up antennas and radios. What about negotiating strategic roof rights and interconnect agreements,building a solid sale force and creating reliable network monitoring and customer billing systems ? Management is much more important in this business ,at this time, than any other I follow. It is a race for the pot of gold. There will be many with liceses as good or better ( perhaps not as numerous) than Winstars. The key here is the 18 month estimated lead over Teligent and other future competitors, and Flawless exececution by management. Only time will tell. But it is exciting isn't it?
